Test different dithers, but start with "Adaptive Hybrid." I think the problem has to do with characteristics of the file (amount of ink per inch perhaps). I also think it relates to the release # of QTR. I had the problem recently with 11X17. After testing the various dithers I settled on "Adaptive Hybrid."
