I hope the problem has been resolved.  

Note that the warm R2 inks are supposed to be the same as the UT7 C & LC
inks.  All the light warm R2W inks -- R2W-LC, LM and Y -- are supposed to be
the same as each other and the same as UT7-LC.  The 2 R2W dark gray inks --
R2W-C & M -- are supposed to be the same as each other and the same as the
UT7-C.  So, if one orders bulk warm inks, there are only 2 bottles you need,
and you could just use the UT7 C & LC bottles and re-mark them R2W dark and
light.
