Hi, Altho the driver DEFAULTS to the single feeder in the rear, after it does, I merely set it back to the normal sheet feeder. (You then can save the setting) I've never had a problem as long as you don't stack the VFA. I usually only place one or 2 sheets in the normal feeder at a time.
