Howard, Just curious, did you ever solve the problem with Max? I recently had similar problems with Museo Max jamming in my printer. I tried loading it front and rear and also using the thick paper setting, to no avail. To my eye, I agree, it is WAY thicker than VFA. At least the batch I have is.
