Call Epson tech support. It sounds like (hasn't happened to me so can't say for sure) what happens when too many cleaning cycles have been run and the printer needs to be sent in for service to have the waste ink pads replaced and the printer reset. Those cleaning cycles need to be used judiciously. But hopefully I'm wrong!
