As far as I know, if the system32 folder for any of the Windows OS is 
gone, windows will either rebuild it, or won't start. Most of the 
important .dll files are in there, so most of windows may not work. Now 
this brings up the question of... Is it hidden so you can not see it?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
