They describe it as, "An alpha cellulous acid free base."  My acid pen tests
indicate is buffered.  Although I have not seen any statements as to the
amount of residual lignin in the paper, the "alpha cellulose" description
presumably implies it is low enough that whatever is left will not overwhelm
the buffering.  So, it should be quite archival.
