Digital BW, The Print

I going to be using a nice, new Epson 1280 and UT2 to print out of 
either Photoshop Elements 3 or Photoshop 7.  I'm looking for workflow 
info for using either software with this printer/inkset.  BTW- I have 
no desire to update to PE4 from PE3, my preference.  Any help would be 
appreciated...Mike Brouphy
