Digital BW, The Print

I've bought from Light Impressions for many years. During that time
I've had 3 ongoing complaints: firstly, they are often out of stock of
items I want. Secondly, they charge an arm and a leg for shipping
regardless of how much your order is. Thirdly...SLOW service.

 I recently found a company that always has the items I need in stock.
They are cheaper, in general, than LI, AND, shipping is FREE for
orders over $150!

 My own rather biased take on LI is that they have remained in
business until now because they have great marketing and an attractive
catalog.
 My last order from Archival Methods duplicated an earlier order from
Light Impressions. I paid LI $284, including shipping. I paid AM $253,
FREE shipping.

  Just wanted to share this. I hate to grumble but I've not been
pleased with LI for a long time.
