Digital BW, The Print

The company appears to sell primarily to frame shops, i.e. they're a 
wholesaler. In order to buy there for your own personal use you would have 
to invent not only a tax ID # but also a name for your fictitious "company" 
You can't register without entering a company name.

Maybe they don't care, maybe you don't care about lying to buy the product, 
but they certainly seem to try to confine their sales to retail businesses, 
not to private individuals purchasing for their own use.

Why not just make up a 9-digit number in SSN format?  If the site is
only looking for a certain number of digits and has no way of cross
checking if it actually relates to you individually, what difference
does it make what number you put in?  As long as you can remember it for
the next time, of course.
