Digital BW, The Print

I would like my work to be shown in a local art gallery. Although i have a 
digital workflow, I still output everything on B&W pearl paper using my 
enlarger. I'm using my epson printer to recreate a digital neg that I 
contact print in my darkroom.
Should I have my prints framed and mounted or should I bring them to the art 
gallery (That is also a frame shop) unmounted?
How do you approach Art Gallery? Do you just show up with your portfoloio?
