Digital BW, The Print

Hi Brian

I'm based in the UK and order mine from MIS.  I have only used their
cheapest shipping option which typically takes 1-2 weeks.

(I've heard that the monochrome ink sold by Permajet is rebranded MIS
ink.  It works out cheaper to order it direct though.)
