Digital BW, The Print

I'm doing a photo show with two other photographers.  Work will be up for 
one month, and the opening is tonight.  We've rented a gallery, but are our 
own managers.

When somebody buys a print, what is the typical amount that they should pay 
immediately?  I've always assumed it is the full price, but others have 
suggested a "deposit" of some amount.

A variant of this case:  For many of the images hanging, I've another copy 
that I can sell.  In that case, I again assume a full price, and immediate 
delivery.
