Digital BW, The Print

Intimidation is certainly a common tactic of people like him.  It will be interesting to see if he returns your work.  If he does return it, he's off the hook for the value of the work.  He might return it unless he thinks he can sell it.  Or, he might keep it out of spite.
   
  In any case, it sounds like the law needs to be involved sooner rather than later.
   
  By the way, did he say if the magazines are still in business?
