I've put a new PDF on the web about fine tuning the dmax when using the
Epson driver.  This will probably work with any workflow that uses Photoshop
curves, whether by themselves or with an ICC made with Create ICC-RGB.

With respect to the Crane Silver Rag paper I was working with, it seems to
have made a significant difference.
