Ron,

My guess is that your image is fairly close to the botton edge of the 
paper. If so, when the last few mm of image that is printed is not 
fully supported by the trasport rollers. If the paper has any curl, 
it will scrape up against the cartridge as it goes back-and-forth. 
Try keeping at least 1 inch border all around and see if this does 
not go away with the Moab paper.
