Guhan, The problem is the yellow chip is crooked. I like to use a lupe to check that the chip is in straight. That's probably why the LLK acted up. It slid a little. The chips need to be just right. It's also recommended to use a razor knife and cut off the little palstic peg that sticks out from the chip. It's also good to have an extra set of chips.
