Digital BW, The Print

I have gone through the archives and found your suggestion, Clayton, to set the alignment 
to a lower number, so I set it to #2 as you had. I am finding the dither pattern different, 
more horizontal now, but not really any better. 

any other suggestions? I'm losing my mind over this (not to mention ink/paper)!
