Digital BW, The Print

I just wanted to post a thank you to all the helpful folks who posted 
or emailed suggestions to the above plea. The issues were 
unfortunately never resolved and the printer has to go back to Epson 
for repair.
I want to say a special thanks to Will Garcia for teaching me 
(online) to remove and clean a print head. A great learning 
experience.
