I purchased my UT2 inks almost 2 years ago and they are obviously the original formula. > Do you use carts or a CFS? They are all heavier than the base > they are suspended in. I use the spongeless cartridgess. However, the cartridges were used very little for about a year. During that time I made it a point to print something at least once a week, but not much got printed. Most of the time there were probably color cartridges in the printer. That's probably when the ink started settling and I just noticed it. Because the bottles have been shaken, they have not settled. By the way, I just finished scanning and editing one of the images from this year's Golden Trout camp. It is a definate keeper. I'm trying to find the best way to share it on the web and I'll post it. TMAX-100 developed in 1:1 XTOL and scanned at 3200 DPI gave a surprizingly sharp 13x19 print from Windy Gap!
