The RGB files you produce with the hueblending action can only be printed in color using whatever workflow you normally use for color printing. Metamerism might a problem with the warmest blends if you use CMYK inks in an inkjet printer with the Epson driver because you will have no control over the amount of yellow ink used. Custom profiles and a good RIP would probably help a lot for inkjet printing. I'm testing some blends with labs that use lightjet printers to see how they work out for making cards.
