Thanks, Roy.  After testing yesterday and talking with my lab guy, we discovered that the 
cutom sizes don't work with either of the drivers - Epson or QTR.   Non custom sizes work 
fine.

I spoke with Eric Neilson and he suggested creating custom sizes in the print setup...but 
could find no such place to do so.  Is there a solution, or are we stuck with using Epson 
supplied standard paper sizes only?
