On a PC running XP (Pro) you bring the window you want to capture to the top
most layer and press "Alt + PrtSc" (Print Screen). Nothing will seem to
happen, BUT if you open your Word Processor immediately and hit "Ctrl + V",
Control & Paste, the image of that captured window will be pasted into the
word processing document. Windows has the un-natural habit of capturing the
whole darn screen :-( unless you add the "Alt" command.

For more control on a PC a GREAT program is called SnagIt! But I digress,
this is a Mac forum :-)

On a Mac with OSX you can use the Grab program in apps/utilities/grab and
capture that 
section of the screen and save it anywhere you want. Windows must have
something similar 
if that's what you're using.
