My R220 just stopped working. After I pressed the button to shut it down. It just just down without a noise or movement. When I started it back up, same thing. No activity. Both lights were flashing red. After calling epson, they just sent me a replacement unit. Mine was 8 month old. I just have to put my broken one into the prepaid box. That is really awesome. I am very plesaed with the R220 and Epson tech support. I use my R220 to create digital negatives. I then contact print them in the darkroom to create a silver prints. So my prints are usually orange (safe light color) looking. I use mainly the yellow, light magenta and magenta. Thanks epson... Pierre-Olivier
