Hello All, As a point of interest to those in the group (and a shameless self promotion), I'd like to invite anyone who gets to the San Diego area from Sept. 16 to Nov. 12 to check out my part of the current exhibition at the Ordover Gallery at the San Diego Natural History Museum in Balboa Park. I'm showing ten black and whites of nature/scenic subject matter as part a show headlined by a major retrospective of Galen Rowell's pioneering wilderness images (in color). My prints were made with my humble R1800 on Hahnemuehle Pearl and are surprisingly metamerism free. This is my first showing of digitally printed black and whites (all from original 120 and 4x5 B/W negs). I'd be grateful for any feedback of those able to see the show. If you're in town on Saturday the 16th for the opening, email me off-list and I'll send you an evite to get you into the museum free of charge. You can check for more info at www.sdnhm.org and www.ordovergallery.com Thanx, Will Gibson
