Digital BW, The Print

Could you attach the chip from your empty Epson cartridge to the MIS 
cartridge? It will be much easier than refilling Epson cart. You will 
need to reset the chip any way. Also, I would recommend to call MIS 
and complain, usually they replace bad chips.
