Hi, finally, I managed to set up my Eson 1200 with MIS VM Inks, and it works fine. I downloaded Pauls Curves for the 1200 & PC, and applied the workflow. I created a small test image containing the step from the group site, and when I print it on various papers (Photo Rag, Bugra, EAM,..) , the continous step on top looks like it contains several different segments: 100% - approx. 95 % is much darker 95 % - 60 % medium grey 60 % - 35 % light grey 35 % - 0 % very light grey, almos white. So, the step des not show a linear decrease in the light absorption, but it is more discontinous, leading to steps probably when another ink takes over. Unfortunately, my scanner is broken, so I could not scan this yet. Does anybody using a 1200 with VM inks on a PC have the same problems, or might there be a problem in my setup? Is there anything I can do? Thanks a lot for your help, Ernst
