Digital BW, The Print

Paul, in PS CS, in the Print Preview dialogue box, there is only one pull down menu where you 
can either choose Let  Printer Determine Colors OR choose an ICC profile. CS2 has 2 pull 
down menus, so you can do both. So is it possible to use your icc profiles in CS another way? 
eg- setting it as Proof space or choosing the icc profile instead of Gray Gamma 2.2?
