In PS CS, at the bottom of the Print Preview screen, under the "Color
Management" option, in the box entitled, "Print Space", have the "Profile"
be the appropriate one for the paper.  Then have the "Intent" be
"Perceptual" and check "Black Point Compensation."

CS2 has 2 pull 
down menus, so you can do both. So is it possible to use your icc profiles
in CS another way? 
eg- setting it as Proof space or choosing the icc profile instead of Gray
Gamma 2.2?
