I sometimes have an ICC for when the driver is set to No Color Adjustment (NCA) as well as another ICC for when the driver is set to Color Controls (but with them set to zero, the default, center position). So, if "CC" or CC-0" is in the name, have "Color Controls" checked. What this does is allow you further control via the sliders. I may be able to detect with a loupe a very slightly better image when NCA is checked, but having the sliders available is another layer of control that is readily available to tweak a system further, and no 2 machines, paper or ink batches are identical. I just bought a supply of PA as I transition from HPR. In your ICC for this paper for the 220-R2 does "CC-0" mean Color Controls unchecked? Thanks again...
