Digital BW, The Print

I did.  Their suggestions were to remove the cartridges, power off the 
printer and turn it on (no luck) and then to pull the tabs back a bit 
to make sure the cartridges are seated right (no luck there either).  
I was hoping someone had a similar situation who found a solution.

Next I'll try Epson.
