Digital BW, The Print

I've seen C. David Tobie mention that the new Print Fix Pro 2.0 has a function where the 
printer has the option to blend to paper white.  I want to ask what is the exact definition of 
this.  

The Innova F Gloss I print on is farily blue and i have it where the b axis will print netural 
around the fifth or sixth highlight step in a 21-step file.  For a warmer paper like Innova 
Photo Smooth Cotton, I cool the paper to neutral around the sixth step also.  

Just wondering what others do out there to handle paper white.
