Digital BW, The Print

I did a previous post where I learned that what I should have asked is 

"how does one go about getting an awesome B&W print that is 100% 
neutral by all measures on the Epson R2400."

If you currently do a lot of printing on an Epson R2400, then I would 
love to hear your opinion as to what you think is crutial in obtaining 
the aforementioned print attributes.

this should probably be a poll to all R2400 users because I'm certain 
that each user has a diferent opinion.  But it would be very 
interesting to see which specific papers rank among the top 3 in this 
yahoo group and which specific inks rank in the top 3.  

Please take the above questions at face value and make whatever 
assumptions you need to make.  In other words, provide your answer 
without asking a question before you answer.
