But I described the differences I was seeing and caught the interest of their head tech guy and he researched their test data and did some sample tests (they keep samples and tests on all past batches) and found there _was_ a difference in that batch, due to a change in a chemical from a supplier. They were able to correct it and sent me replacement paper. There is a more detailed description of this in the Kayenta section of the "Great Paper Chase" article (#5) at the link below. So this sort of thing can happen and is best to call them about it. I think they want to know so they can make corrections, and maybe they will send you a replacement.
