Hi Jamie, I guess depends how you are going to drive them, via the Epson driver or with a RIP? I use UT3D on the 2100 (7 inks) with QTR. I have the same ink setup as you decribe plus the UT3D LK toner. However, that LK toner is actually idle since QTR (or another RIP) doesn't use/need it. It's only there to make the ink set compliant with the Epson driver.
