Digital BW, The Print

I see no banding on my Epson C84.
I am using Paul's recommendations.

The top left-hand circle looks lighter than the bottom one because of
the amount of white perimeter, but this has nothing to do with unequal
steps in the posterization. (The left-hand gradients are not
posterized.)
