This is not a change, but an addition to the variety of inks you can buy.
FS (and Piezo) users now will have a truly neutral ink.  For those who like
the current medium-warm FS, that product will still be there (I assume).
And, for those who want an ink half way between the new neutral and the
standard FS, they can mix them 1:1 and get that tone.  So, the Piezo
software now supports variability between the FS and FS-N (neutral) inks.
