Will be difficult with the fix focus lenses of the Perfection range :-) no such setting in the software either. Depending on the model the focus should be fixed at 1mm above the glass but often is as much as 1.5 mm off so it has to be measured and the holders adapted. The V700-V750 have the focus somewhere between 2.5 and 3.5 mm for the higher resolution lens and 0.5 mm above the glass for the wider area lens. If QC was good, otherwise it can be up to 4 mm for the first lens. My motto is: you want the focus where the emulsion is and preferably away from the glass with a mask in between to keep flare down.
