Digital BW, The Print

Yes, ABW prints.  I had with me a print made with ABW setting 2h,8v on
my 2400.  I printed it with all the same settings (using my simplified
workflow) on Steve's 3800 and we compared them.  They are all but
indistinguishable (in fact at one point we got them mixed up passing
them back and forth and had a hard time deciding which was which). 
But the 3800 version is the tiniest bit greenish - very subtle, just
enough to be noticeable.  It could be attributed to a different ink
batch as much as some difference in the printers.  



What do you suggest to remove the greenish-ness?

Changing the setting to 3,8 probably would match it up (might even be
too much - I have them here as I write this and they're very difficult
to tell apart - the 2400 version is just a teeny bit warmer).  The
horizontal coordinate shifts between green on the left and magenta on
the right, so moving it from 2 to 3 moves it away from green.  The 2,8
setting is my favorite because it produces a very pretty
slightly-warmer-than-neutral tone on VFA and Dourian/PR, two of my
favorite papers.
