Digital BW, The Print

go under "customize, and click "new"  Then, type your new size in the
first box, i.e. 9.5x13  just like that. with an x dividing the 2 sides
of the paper.  Then type the same numbers in the width-height boxes, and
always use the shortest dimension first.
