Has anybody experienced something? > > Thanks a lot, > Ernst Ernst One thing that comes to mind is that some of the ink bottles may not be vented to atmosphere and you are getting a vacuum after a couple of printouts. check the hole in the top of the bottle and make sure they are all clear. the other thing is that these systems are very sensitive to proper filling on the initial setup. when properly filled you have to let them rest overnight before using so that any air in the sponge dissipates. did you follow the filling instructions TO THE LETTER? you can't improvise or second guess the instructions. also, you cannot let this system get dry. i try to remember to print something every day even if it is only a purge pattern. i have been using the MIS cis system with good results on the same printer. larry
