ONLY use the proper and specific K7 profiles for the specific printer, paper, and ink set you have installed. QTR comes with many, but a small minority are for your setup. Any made for color inksets will surely not work. I'm not saying this will solve your problems, but it will certainly help. The K7 ink set will only work on matte surface fine art type papers, and will surely puddle or run off photo type surfaces. Tyler
