Thank you, I'm slowly learning about Epson printers. Strange, when I think my very first printer was an Epson RX-80 dot matrix, the ol' reliable! Guess that dates me. So, apparently, the stopping of the cart carrier under the arrow sounds like it's mainly to help identify the empty cartridge.. it doesn't really have to go there if you already know which is the low or empty cartridge, right? And if I unplug the power cord... should that be with the cart in the refill position or parked? I should think parked. And, what does unplugging the power cord do?
