Both amounts of UV and the general warm/cool balance will effect how yellow or "bright" (blued papers look bright, not blue) a paper will look, and more detailed variations in amount of light at various wavelengths will have more subtle effects on colors in your images. This is far less of an issue with B&W these days, as special inksets, or even the OEM inks in the latest graphics prints are quite stable under differing light sources, but this is still a problem with color prints, and should definately be factored into media choices as well.
