Digital BW, The Print

I've got condensation forming inside the cap of the black ink bottle 
on my NoMoreCarts CIS. I'm using the MIS VM Hex inks in the CIS on a 
1280. For the most part, printing is trouble-free. The other five 
bottles show no signs of condensation. 

On a couple of occasions I've had the black ink drop out, but one to 
three cleaning cycles restored it.

Has anyone else observed this phenomenon? Does anyone have any 
thoughts as to what's going on and whether or not I should be 
concerned?
