Hello, the replacement is the R260 with the Claria inks and the new 
chips and a system that as yet won't accept third party inks.  Try the 
smaller Ritz/Wolf Cameras that focus on processing, not hardware sales. 
Ritz/Wolf had loads of R220s over the past few years as they were 
giving them away with a DSLR purchase.  I know the Ritz in Newport RI 
had two on the shelves at New Year's for 89US$.   You'll have to talk 
them into shipping but it's worth it.  Good luck, Robert.
