The end of use was when I finally contacted support with my last clogging problem, it was all handled very poorly. I used their inks for many years (about 6) and spoke of them often. Now I recommend staying far away from them. The inks from Image Specialists have been much less problematic than the Generations inks ever thought to be. WHen I started using them there was really nothing else to be found, this was before Epson had a pigment inkset, and I just kept doing what I had been doing. After the problems with support, I just lost all faith with them. Even the owner didn't care about the problems. I guess when you get large enough losing a customer here or there just doesn't matter anymore. So once again I say, good luck, hope it doesn't bite you on the backside. FWIW... These are not the inks I use, they are the predecessor inksets. I might add that support has evidently changed for the better. I will agree that ImageSpecialist inks are great as well.
