Digital BW, The Print

I loaded CS3 Beta Version into my Mac Pro to see how the print driver
behaved, with my 2400 Epson. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but I  
don't seem to find
the advanced B&W settings (among other things)  Instead of "print  
with preview", you click
on "print", and they bring everything up together, but once one chooses
whatever options they offer, and you click on print, you can no longer
get to the various options  that the drivers give you through CS2.

I remember similar issues with the 2200 and PS CS a few years back.
Apple, Adobe, and Epson seemed to each be blaming the others for the  
screw-up,
but don't recall how they eventually resolved it.

Is anybody having a similar experience in this group?
