Digital BW, The Print

I very happily printing using ABW mode on my R2400 and am poised to buy a
3800 so I can make larger prints the same way.

But I'd sure like to see a print made with the above "best" recommended
method compared to the same print made using ABW.

What am I missing out on quality-wise?
