This is one of those areas where PrintFIX PRO 2.0 is at its best: it can 
print neutral B&W and color at the same time, or very precisely controlled tinted 
B&W from images where the tint is in the image, as well as where the image is 
neutral, and the tint is in the profile. So my preference would be to print 
this image via the printer's color mode, using a PFP2 profile.
